Used FrameMaker on a UNIX system. Mar 1992 -April 1994 Administrative Assistant to CEO of the Moran Eye Center. While in this position we completed construction on a five-story eye center at a major University. Duties included keeping an accurate calendar for CEO, ordering and tracking furniture to furnish building, assisted in the application process for doctors to become medical service providers for various insurance companies, established a filing system, travel arrangements, phones, etc. Aug 1989 - Mar 1992 Faculty/Clinic Coordinator to Paul Zimmerman, MD. Coordinated Paul's Faculty and Clinical schedules to assure efficiency of time, scheduled patient appointments, offered and implemented suggestions for improving practice, triage phone calls, updated insurance and patient information, chart preparation, completed and dispatched billing sheets for clinic patients at the end of each clinic, and made travel arrangements for Dr. Zimmerman.
